We want every reader to feel that a Healthy Lifestyle Programs purchase was time and money well spent. If a program doesn’t work for you for any reason, we refund it — quickly, and without making you justify yourself.
1. The 60-day guarantee
Every program we sell carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you request a refund within 60 days of your original purchase, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No forms. No surveys. No retention attempts.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@healthylifestyleprograms.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include:
- The name of the program (e.g. “The 7-Day Sleep Reset”);
- Your purchase date (approximate is fine);
- The last four digits of the card used, if you have them (helps us locate the order).
We aim to acknowledge every refund request within one business day and to process the refund within three business days. Once issued, refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. What happens to your access?
After a refund is issued, access to the refunded program is removed from your library. You retain access to any other programs you have purchased that have not been refunded.
4. After 60 days
Once 60 days have passed since your purchase, the program is yours to keep — but we are no longer able to issue an automatic refund. If you encounter a billing error or believe an exceptional circumstance applies (e.g. duplicate charge, accidental purchase), email us and we will look at every case in good faith.
5. Repeat refunds
We trust our readers. If we notice a pattern of repeated refunds across multiple programs from the same account, we may decline future purchases or refunds from that account. This is a rare last resort, used only to deter clear abuse of the guarantee.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we promise we will fix it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
7. Subscription products
If we ever introduce a recurring subscription (currently we do not), you will be able to cancel at any time from your library. You will not be charged again, and your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
