- Email address — to deliver your program, send your sign-in magic link, and (only if you opt in) the occasional update.
- Payment information — processed entirely by our payment provider Ziina. We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a transaction reference.
Collected automatically
- Basic device and usage data (e.g. browser type, pages visited, approximate location from IP) — used in aggregate to understand how the Service is used and to detect fraud.
- Cookies — we use small text files to keep you signed in to your library and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may stop working if you do.
2. How we use information
- To deliver the programs you purchase;
- To create and authenticate your library account;
- To process payments, refunds, and chargebacks;
- To respond to support requests;
- To improve the Service, including measuring which programs are most useful;
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, magic links, refund notices);
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

3. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the small set of service providers required to run the Service:
- Ziina — payment processing (UAE-licensed).
- Resend — transactional email delivery (magic links, receipts).
- Supabase — database and file storage for your account and library.
- Vercel — website hosting.
Each of these providers is contractually required to handle your information securely and only for the purpose of providing their service to us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
4. How long we keep your information
We retain your account, purchase history, and program access for as long as your account is active. Transactional records (invoices, refund records) are retained for as long as required by law (typically 7 years).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct or delete your personal information;
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails (one click in any email we send);
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
